Embracing Destiny: Amor Fati and the Road to Alaska"

What can a trip to Alaska reveal to me about the Stoic concept of "amor fati"? I am looking forward to finding that out. Someone might ask "What is amor fati?" A working definition:

Amor fati" is a Latin phrase meaning "love of fate" or "love of one's fate." It's a concept from Stoic philosophy that encourages accepting the events that happen in life, whether positive or negative, with a sense of love, gratitude, and embracing them as necessary parts of one's journey.

Amor fati will be the point of reflection for this trip.

Thank you, and indeed He is! My Latin is terribly limited, but I can close with "Soli Deo gloria"!
