Cassier Highway From Meziadin Lake To Dease Lake, BC

Some perfect riding today, some cold riding, some construction but overall, excellent.

Services ate getting a bit sparse. Scenery just keeps getting better.

We saw five bears today.

We encountered a lone rider from Connecticut, Doug, on his way to Tuk at the end of the Dempster. He was going to make the trip on his DRZ but found metal in the oil last week so bought a new Husky 901. Made sense to me.

We encountered a fellow on a Suzuki 'busa. He is from North Pole Alaska. He said you cant buy sport bikes there and he wanted a Hayabusa, so he found one in southern California  flew down, bought it and is riding it home. Today was day 2 on the road and he said he will be in North Pole tomorrow. Wow!

Raw pic dump from today. Dont feel like editing and sorting.

At Dease Lake
Highway 37 on the way to Dease Lake. In the distance  a black spot on each side of the road, are black bears.

Deask Lake gas stop. Not a lot here
